Hiring procedure:
1) Check the availability of the studio online or contact the owner. 2) To make a reservation, fill the form online and send it. The owner will send you an email of confirmation with the leasing agreement, the general conditions, the description of the studio and a map. 3) Send back by mail a copy of the leasing agreement signed (“read and approved”) and carry out the payment of the installment (25% of the price of the hiring) to validate the reservation. 4) Once the leasing agreement is signed and the payment is carried out, the hiring is validated. The owner will send you by mail your copy of the leasing agreement. 5) The total amount of the hiring (bond included) must be paid 30 days prior to the day of arrival. Modes of payment:
